  • Payment is due at the completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers must provide at least 12 hours' notice for appointment cancellations.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of 10% of the scheduled service fee.

Liability:

  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your vehicle during detailing, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during the service.
  • Customers are responsible for removing any valuable items from their vehicle prior to detailing.

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

  • You agree and authorize the BookingKoala scheduling software and its affiliates and their networks to deliver marketing and other material via the information provided.
  • We store data in our registered and private booking software for business operation and marketing purposes necessary for Mishawaka Auto Detailing Services LLC and contracted and employed service providers. We do not give collected personal or customer information to platforms or companies outside of the listed.

Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and any relevant local ordinances in Mishawaka. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the State of Indiana's courts.
